Pet-Proof Locking

Prevents air from entering the container and keeps your pet’s food fresh. The one-way pull back lever is NOT able to be opened by your pets. This ensures that your pet cannot access the inside of the feeder.

Download the DOGNESS App

Download the DOGNESS App. You can find this App within the App Store and/ or Google Play store.

Create a Login

To create a login, you can use your PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL address.

1. Enter your Email or phone number

2. Select get confirmation code.

3. Check for text and/or email with confirmation code.

4. Enter the code to login.

Plug-In Device

Make sure your DOGNESS device is plugged in.

2.4 Wifi ONLY

Please make sure your Wifi is 2.4 GHz for this initial connection. All of our DOGNESS devices do NOT connect on 5.0 GHz. For dual band width routers, you can temporarily disable your 5.0 GHz and use the 2.4 band width to connect.

Select “+“ to Add a Device in APP

Press “+” to add whichever DOGNESS device you have purchased. Follow the steps for directions for use and then press “Next”

Press & Hold down Button for 5 Seconds

Press and hold down the button for 5 seconds. You will hear a “DING-DONG” and the green light will start flashing SLOWLY. This means you are ready to connect.

Enter Wifi Info

Enter your Wifi Password. Again, please make sure your router is set on the 2.4 setting. After you have entered your password, select “Confirm this network” if the information you have entered is correct.

QR Code Scan

To ensure that the QR Code matches up with the camera, hold your cell phone about an arm-length away from the camera face of the DOGNESS device. Then move your phone slowly towards the DOGNESS device so the camera can read the QR code accurately. You will hear a “BEEP”. Wait for the percentage to load.
